Once you’ve decided to join our community:

Processing takes up to 3 business days.

If a spot is not immediately available:

Secure your place on our waitlist by submitting the non-refundable waitlist fee.

Join the waitlist online and receive timely updates via email.

Priority placement is given to siblings and staff families.

Once a spot is offered:

Pay the registration fee and deposit to confirm enrollment.

Before your child’s first day, submit the following:

DC Universal Health Certificate (signed by physician)

DC Oral Health Assessment Form

Up-to-date Immunization Records

Allergy Action Plan (if applicable)

Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)
Forms must be renewed annually in accordance with DC licensing.
